Birthday party, Pumpkin patch

Well our plans were to go to a Birthday party on Sat and the Pumpkin patch Sunday. It didnt quite turn out like that. We went to the Birthday on Sat and there was no one there we knew! It was at this kids play place, so of course the kids went right out there to play. As I was looking around to see absolutly no one I knew!! Just so happens it was Austins party not Camberlynns party. Oops Billy's bad... I called Billy and he said sorry it's Sunday. Ya easy for him to say, try telling two 2 year olds they have to leave. They were devestated! My sister and I decided to take them to Chuck e Cheese instead.

Sunday we got up and returned back to the same place for Camberlynns Birthday this time:) They had a blast! It was a very cute place that is designed for kids 6 months to 6 years. So Parker played too:)

After that we wanted to go to the Pumpkin Patch. We had 3 very tired kids on our hands, not to mention it was like a 100 degrees out!! They all fell a sleep on the way. When we got there the kids woke to Mimi and Papa and lots of fun rides. They had a lot of fun. Poor moose's cheecks were so red! Nothing like a nakie baby at the Pumpkin Patch:) As you probably guessed they slept very well that night!!

Race for the Cure

Well my friends and I ran the Race for the Cure, and it was a blast! It was a good course, well kinda some killer hills :) We did awesome and it was good practice for our half marathon. (coming up soon!)

Our trip to the doctors...

Well Monday night Janelle and I got back from our run and Presley told me her ear hurt. Billy said she was complaining of it the whole time we were gone. I gave her some motrin and put her to bed. She woke about four hours later and was in so much pain!! I gave her tylenol but didnt seem to help. Poor baby I felt so bad. None of my kids have ever had an earinfection before. I knew she had one just by the amount of pain she was in. (and she always told me the same ear, which is big for a 2 year old:) ) So she was up ALL night and the next morning I took her straight in. The doctor fixed her up and the lollypop topped it off :) She loves Dr.DU because she say's "Dr Du makes me all better" Little did I know Moose was going to have to get a flu shot while we were there. Boy that day was rough!! I hate when my babies get shots:( It has been hard running a buisness and having sick kids. There is NOTHING worse then leaving your kids when they are sick. Even though they are with my mom, I still like to be the one cuddling them. Sometimes I wonder if I am making the right decision by leaving them to go work. I pray everyday that I am and that things will work out for the best. All we can do is hope that our kids will benfit from all the decisons we are making.

p.s the picture of moose is obviously before his shot. My handsome happy boy:)

Our sick days at the desert..

Well we went to the desert for the weekend and ALL of us got sick! Well all but Billy :) I got sick before we even left for the desert and almost stayed home, but my Uncle talked me into going. It was MISERABLE! I was so bummed because the girls were really looking forward to going. Poor moose and Presley got fevers and Payton had a bad cough. They still managed to have a little fun (in between their whining spells)
They loved the camp fire and made somore's for the first time. They had a blast making them but were not interested in eating them. Which surprised me! So I figured why let them go to waste, they are my favorite:) Uncle Tyler made custom roasting sticks from some branches. The girls thought that was neat. This was Moose's first trip to the desert and he's first camp fire. He loved the fire, it made him real sleepy. It did the same to the girls when they were that age. To bad you can't have one of those in their bedroom! They might go to sleep better:)
The girls were unsure about their helmets this time. We got them last season and they loved them! This time they did not want to wear them. They fit them better this year, last year they were a little big. Their gear still fit too. Which is good, we can get away with another season. New ones next year!!
Well even though it was a ton of work the girls did have fun. That's why we do what we do, for them:) To see their faces light up makes it all worth it. Hopefully our next trip we will all be healthy!!

8 months

My moose is 8 months old! I can't believe how fast the time goes by. He wants to crawl but can't quiet get it. If he see's something he wants he will find a way to get it. He is looking more and more like the girls. Someday's he looks like Payton and some days he looks like Presley. It's funny :) He loves his food!!!

His favorite words are mama, dada, and baba.
He loves to mumble :)

We just had to buy him a new carseat. (a big boy carseat) He outgrew his infant carrier. It was so sad for me to put him in it. I felt like I didn't have a baby anymore. Although he loves his new seat. It is super comfy!

The girls are enjoying being big sister's! They are alot of help, well most of the time... They have been quiet a handfull latley. They are at that age where when you tell them not to do something they do it twice:) It's so frusterating, do you just ignore them? Maybe they won't do it... They have learned alot of "naughty words" as we call them. They think they are hilarous!! I just pray that they don't blurt them out when we are in public :) I tried the soap in the mouth thing. Didn't really work, not to mention I saw a super nanny where she drilled the parents abouth that. Saying that they were putting toxic chemicals in their kids mouth. Pretty much felt like a horrible mommy.
Still working on the whole bedtime thing. They just don't want to sleep. Now that they can open their door. They run out about 5 or 6 times. Laughing of course.
They love not having the daycare kids at my mom's! It's more one on one with my mom. They are still going to school two times a week, and are learning alot.
Billy and I have been really busy with the Mail Mart! We are finally getting it how we want it. Iam feeling more comfortable there everyday. It is alot to learn! We will be hiring my sister and my hair dresser to help out. That will be nice! It's been hard to leave my kids so much. Hopefully when we have more help I can work half days. I just keep telling my self it's for them. One day it will be running itself and I can stay home with them. It's so nice having a place of our own, no boss!!!! I have been training hard for my half marathon! It will be here before you know it. We are going to make it a mini vacation, and are looking very forward to it! My best friend Janelle and her family are going too:) 13.1 miles, I have been saying that in my sleep latley:) I am excited but nervous at the same time...
Desert time is here! We are taking the kids to the desert this weekend. They can't wait! I will post pictures:)
